Registration Instructions

You can register for a spay/neuter voucher online or by mail. Either way, you will receive a voucher by regular US mail (not by e-mail) to take with you to the vet appointment. All appointments are during the week. The vets do not schedule surgeries on weekends.

When you submit a registration form with payment, we will make the appointment with the veterinarian you select from the list and mail the voucher to you stating the date, time, and place of the appointment. YOU MUST BRING THIS VOUCHER TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

The cost to you, payable in advance, is only $35 for each female cat and $18 for each male cat. Your appointment will not be made until payment is received.

You will be charged an additional fee at the vet clinic for female cats in heat ($10-$15) or pregnant ($10-$80). The extra cost depends on the clinic, and the week of pregnancy.

Kittens must be at least 4 months old and weigh at least 4 pounds. Nursing cats must have weaned their kittens at least two weeks prior to the spay appointment.

Please bring each cat to the appointment in a separate, hard-plastic pet carrier.
